RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to enjoy your merchandise from the moment it arrives – please choose your items carefully.
To return an item, please contact us so we can provide you with the relevant documentation and a Return Authority number for these items.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of order date with any items unworn, unwashed and in re-sellable condition. All products returned will be inspected to ensure the product is refundable. Once approved for return you will receive a credit of your original method of payment, excluding shipping fee.
We will credit a shipping fee if the product delivered is faulty, or does not match what you have ordered.
We suggest returning your item by Registered Post as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 30 days for assistance.
As of 1 June 2020, we no longer offer exchanges on any of our products.
