Personal Profile
For over a decade, he has built a reputation as one of the best Ultra4 drivers. Whether in a 4400, 4800 Legends car, or 4600 Stock class car, Bailey is a formidable competitor in the rocks. However, Ultra4 is not his only discipline. Bailey races in the desert, winning The Mint 400 in Class in 2023, he is also a Score International Champion.

Racing as part of the Ford Performance team in recent years, Bailey has claimed podium Finishes at King of the Hammers, Crandon International, and NorCal Stampede. Battling it out Bronco v Bronco against teammates Brad Lovell and the Fun Havers.

Bailey has also taken his lucky #13 to Ultra4 Europe. Not one to shy away from racing in foreign countries, in 2023 Bailey attempted Australia’s most formidable offroad race, the Finke Desert Race. In 2025, Bailey raced under the Blue Oval in Thailand and Cambodia, competing in Thailand Rally Raid Championship and Asia Cross Country Rally.

With a passionate and highly-skilled crew, Bailey Cole Racing fly the Team Yokohama flag across many disciplines and countries. Tackling events such as the NORRA 500, Ultra4 West Series, while growing a supportive base of fans spanning spectators and fellow competitors.
